IL TESORO RISTORANTE & PIZZERIA

One of the best restaurants in the Hudson Valley! Starting with the food, we got the garlic knots which they make from scratch. The portion size is pretty good. We got the grandma pizza as our main and it was fantastic. One of the best grandma pizzas I’ve ever had. For desert, we got this ice cream desert which was light but super tasty. Everything we had was fantastic. The service was incredible. Our waiter was super friendly and provided really good recommendations. We also talked a bit with the owner who was super nice. Finally, the restaurant is simple a nice place to have a meal. They have a large and inviting outdoor area where they allow dogs. The inside is nicely decorated. If you’re looking for a good meal in a nice space, this is your place.

Great family owned restaurant with everything made from scratch. We had the burrata special, Caesar salad, il Tesoro (not pictured but so delicious!!) and their homemade tiramisu which was one of the best I’ve had. We also had their espresso which was served with an almond cookie and a lemon peel for the rim-yummy! Will definitely be back.

Hungry after Storm King Sculpture Park, we randomly searched for the nearest pizza slice. What a terrific find! A delicious and piping hot slice served FAST. Also enjoyed a generous pour of red wine. Frank, the owner, was upbeat. He made us feel welcomed. Decor is nice and squeaky clean. Definitely will return here next time! (Can't add photos because we INHALED our pizza. It disappeared like magic, LOL)
